LONDON WELSH MALE VOICE CHOIR
PROGRAMME FOR THE CENTENARY CONCERT
Saturday, 30th November, 2002 at St. John’s, Smith Square
The Concert supported the Teenage Cancer Trust Charity. Its programme did not follow the typical Choir Concert of eighteen items and four solo spots; rather, it had as its theme a musical and verbal portrayal of the Choir’s history. Our President, Cliff Morgan, wrote a script for the verbal portrayal which, as the evening’s compére, he used during the Concert. The script was interspersed with the musical items listed below.
